New Free Profile Templates Available (limited edition)

A few days ago, we added two new Profile Templates that you can use for free. Below you can see how they look, where to find them in the app, and how you can customize their look.

Classic Template

Classic Template - it is like your old good friend who always dresses well and their style is timeless. It’s clean, elegant, and focused on the CV’s content. Pure professionalism.

Modern Template

Modern Template - this one grabs the attention of a reader. Vibrant colors a two irregular shapes make it feel dynamic. You can easily find what you’re looking for thanks to eye-catching headers.

This template has built-in custom fields which you can use to enter data about e.g. Candidate ID, Account Manager, Mobile, and Email directly in the app instead of doing it in the Word application on your laptop.

In the Custom fields section, you can enter data and it will be shown in your profile.

Here you will find the new templates

Click on the drop-down menu on the Profile Editor screen and select one of the available templates.

How to add Custom fields?

Go to your organization in Settings and add these fields as shown in the screenshot below:

1. Click on the button + Add new field.

2. Give each field the same name as shown below. You can set a default value that will be shown on each new profile.
   1. candidate_id
   2. account_manager
   3. mobile
   4. email

And that's it. You can go back to your profile and enter the values there. If you set default values, they will be shown automatically on the Profile Editor screen from the next CV conversion.

Customization

In general, both templates can be fully customized to your needs. You can simply download the files, make changes on your laptop, and upload modified files to the application.

For example, you can:

• add your logo and branding
• colors and fonts
• edit the layout and change the order of the sections
• add or remove fields from CV
• leverage custom fields
